Alex and Henry, an impossible love

Based on the novel of the same name by Casey Mcquiston, critically acclaimed New York Times best seller, Red, White and Royal Blue follows the story of Alex Claremont-Diaz (Taylor Zakhar Perez), son of the President of the United States (Uma Thurman), and Prince Henry of England (Nicholas Galitzine). The two have much in common: good looks, undeniable charisma, international fame… and total mutual contempt. Separated by an ocean, their long-standing feud has never really been a problem, until a disastrous, and very public, quarrel at a real event becomes food for the tabloids, creating a possible setback at the worst possible moment in relations between the United States and the United Kingdom. The two families and collaborators, to try to limit the damage, force the two rivals to stage a “truce“. But the icy relationship between Alex and Henry unexpectedly begins to turn into a timid friendship, the friction that there was between them leaves room for something deeper than what they would have expected.
